Online Dorset Button Workshop - How to work Beads into a Dorset Button
Thursday 3rd April 2025
I love working beads into my Dorset Buttons as you can see from the images. Beading can add a different dimension to a project. Over the years I have used all sorts of beads from fine semi-precious stone beads and Swarovski crystals right up to handmade beads from Africa and my own paper beads and clay beads. A selection of different types of beads can be used to form patterns or even to highlight a pattern. Beads are fun.
I have designed this workshop to look at the two ways you can incorporate beads into your projects. We will exam how to plan a design and explore the different ways this method can be applied. This workshop is for those who know how to work a Dorset Cartwheel. The session will start with welcoming you all, introductions, and a short introduction to what I will cover during this workshop. During the workshop, I will aim to: offer a bespoke help - even online adapt the lesson to you assess everybody's needs & expectations Once you have registered, I will send you your Zoon link with details on how to join the workshop and a worksheet a few days before the date of the workshop. Cancellations Once you have booked your place, I am unable to give any refunds unless you give me three weeks’ notice to enable me to re-advertise. |
