​Dorset Button Christmas Tree worked with four Dorset Buttons

This is a challenge for Christmas. This year I have designed a Christmas tree using two Dorset Button techniques. 

The tree is worked using four different sized rings – a 19mm for the top of the tree followed by a 28mm ring. Both are worked using the Cartwheel design and finished with a double over stitch to reflect a star shape. The last two rings are worked on a 34mm and a 40mm and include gold-coloured beads. The tree is finished with a Czech pressed glass star bead at the top of the tree.

During this workshop I will show you how to work one the first two Dorset Buttons followed by one of the buttons with beads. The last part of the workshop I will show you how to complete the tree with the start at the top. Participants will be able to complete the Dorset Button Christmas Tree in their own time after the workshop has finished.

The price of the workshop includes the cost of the kit with materials.

Once you have registered, I will send you a worksheet a few days before the workshop. Please give at least seven working days for delivery if in the UK, at least two weeks if from overseas.
